To uphold Kronans reputation and ensure a good crew relationship, members who are caught scamming/cheating/threatening other players or acting in a way that is clearly harmful to Kronan and/or Kronan’s crew as a whole will have all privileges revoked.

 

***** All crew members *****

– Listen to senior crew members and pilot 🙂

– On board you will hear the terms CC RR HH and PP used a lot, this is a shorthand for our 4 repair points – Command Centre, Reactor, Hangar and Propulsion.

– Only Granny Rowan and her official suppliers may sell Welding Wire, RK’s and thrusters on board Kronan. See list of suppliers.

– Don’t block other people repairing (watch out behind you and don’t stand in front of anyone else repairing)

– Don’t go afk at CC (best pick is PP or HH)

– Inform pilot if you are leaving/moving station (ex: RR to PP)

– Inform pilot if you are leaving ship (it will mess up the mob aggro if the ship is skilling in Tg)

– Crew that wish to use the warp service as transport, or for visiting auctions should pay the 10 ped travel fee, in the same way as any oher passenger. Those travelling with the ship purely to help us in the event of pirate attack, will ofc not have to pay this.

 

***** Everyone in seats *****

– Only enter co-pilot or gunner seat when pilot has given his/her permission.

IMPORTANT:

  • Hotkey ‘Exit seat’ and keep an eye on ships health bars. If one health bar is about to reach zero from mob attacks EXIT seat (and damage will stop)
  • Close “ Read damage messages” and “ Read all other messages” chat so you will be able to read the force chat channel when ship gets hit by mobs

 

***** Pilots guidelines (for repair trips) *****
– Your task as a pilot is to get good, balanced and constant damage for the repair crew! (I.e. don’t overdo it with too many mobs and don’t waste time ditching mobs and gathering new ones just to get extra piloting skills)

– If you wish to replace old used mobs team up with a gunner – I.e. fly for new mobs, make gunner tag new mobs and kill them when they are close to the ship. Meanwhile keep the mob ball behind the ship for good, constant base damage for crew! (Or have the gunner kill a set amount of mobs from ball and then regather lost mobs – just make sure base damage is still ok)

– Give crew members who need safe exit from ship the possibility to leave (back up Kronan until mobs are at front of ship… then tell crew it is safe to exit hangar)

– Avoid contact with other ships in space when possible (it will mess up the mob aggro)

– If you want to be added to Pilot list (PL), do this in the most simple way, “Please add me on pilot list“, do not confuse things and wait for the pilot to confirm the list. [Pilot list: HaTak, Judy (change @22:30)]

– Each piloting session last 1 hour. Only pilots on Kronan can be added to pilot list. If a pilot is not ready when his turn is up (with 3 min buffer) the next pilot in line takes turn (and AFK pilot loses his place in pilot list).

– If a pilot already piloted several times recently it’s a nice gesture (but not required) if he offers his seat to those who did not have a chance piloting yet

– Hotkey ‘Align horizontal’ – use it to get the right bearing and return to correct altitude – mobs at Training Grounds are found between -500 to 500 altitude

– In case of pirate attacks alert crew and turn and twist ship to spread damage across sections. Also make sure to taunt pirates as you see fit.

– Avoid unnecessary warps.

– Never leave the ship in pvp if there is no pilot to take over. Fly and dock to Arkadia Space Station or on any other if specified by Granny Rowan.

– Failure to follow the above rules will first lead to a warning and may secondly lead to you losing piloting rights!

 

***** Gunner guidelines *****
– We do not fire first, but we DO fire last

– Listen to pilots orders (team up with pilot)

– Do not kill too many mobs (i.e. keep good base damage for repair crew)
